WINTECH completed phase two of replacing windows at the Podolsk City Polyclinic №1 with Thermotech 752 — a 70 mm Class A profile with 42 mm double-glazed units, certified safe for medical and child-care facilities.
WINTECH completed phase two of replacing windows at the Podolsk City Polyclinic №1 with the WINTECH profile system. Windows were installed in the doctors' consulting rooms. Old wooden frames had been deteriorating: in winter they froze over, draughts came through, and moisture entered the building — making the rooms uncomfortable to work in.
The new units use the 70 mm Class A Thermotech 752 system with 42 mm two-chamber glazing units. The system is well-established as safe and compliant with sanitary and hygienic requirements — ideal for child-care and medical facilities (Expert Conclusion №1062 of 28.06.2013). The progressive CaZn formulation is 100% ecological and safe for human health. Profile service life is at least 40 years per certification and test reports. The windows also offer higher thermal resistance and improved sound insulation.
All sashes are equipped with ACCADO tilt-and-turn hardware with a micro-ventilation mode. Comfortable plastic interior sills and new exterior drip caps were also installed. In the third phase all remaining windows will be replaced.
