Wintech Plastic, the Russian arm of Türkiye-based ADO Group, ensures stable hardware supply to the Russian market. The Accado hardware factory was opened in 2009 in Antalya's special industrial zone on 8,000 m², and current output is 5.5–6 million sets per year — capacity is being expanded to meet growing demand.
Accado runs a full-cycle production: steel is imported from Spain and Italy, zinc alloys from Belgium, coating chemistry from Germany. Since 2020 a proprietary galvanic line completes the chain. The factory is ISO 9001 certified and highly automated — 520 staff drive the entire output.
Wintech Plastic has imported Accado hardware to Russia for 13 years. Logistics handle the load: 8–10 containers arrive in Serpukhov every month and the 11,000 m² warehouse stays full. Land and infrastructure in Serpukhov are ready to host full-cycle production locally once demand justifies it. The message to Russian partners is simple — stability.
