From 1 November Irina Buraeva became Sales Director at Wintech Plastic. She succeeds Sergey Asadchev, who moves on to lead Development across ADO Floor, ADO Film, Adokapi and other parent-group products.
Wintech Plastic, one of Russia's leading uPVC profile and Accado hardware producers (Wintech, Plaswin, Grunder), announces leadership changes in its sales department. From 1 November Irina Buraeva is appointed Sales Director.
Irina succeeds Sergey Asadchev, who moves to a new role as Development Director — leading the rollout of ADO Floor flooring, ADO Film lamination foil, ADOKapi door systems and other products from the parent ADO Group.
Irina Buraeva started her career at Wintech Plastic in 2004 as a Wintech profile sales manager. From 2007 to 2008 she worked at Liga (LG's official dealer) leading the Schüring (Germany) and GQ (China) hardware lines. She returned to Wintech in 2009 as Regional Sales Head for the Volga and Ural federal districts and opened the company's first warehouses in Nizhny Novgorod and Kazan. She holds a finance degree from the SOGU economics faculty in Vladikavkaz.
