Sales Manager/ Regional Representative (Moscow Region, Central Federal District, Northwestern Federal District)

Responsibilities:

  • Solving of tasks of sales channel efficiency increase, analysis of opportunities and development trends in the specified region.
  • Development and implementation of sales development strategies, marketing research of the demand for the company’s products (PVC profiles and accessories).
  • Negotiations with existing and prospect customers, building up of long-term relations with partners.
  • Management of product sales plan implementation, control of fulfilment of orders and contractual obligations.
  • Work with current customers.
  • Conclusion and further control of deals.
  • Observation of the Company internal policy.

Professional skills:

  • More than 4-year experience in active sales (obligatory!).
  • Higher education.
  • Knowledge of the PVC window accessory market.
  • Fair knowledge of a foreign language is preferable.
  • Experienced PC user.
  • Experience in customer management.
  • Flexibility.
  • Charisma, intelligence.

Product Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Market analysis, market researches of the demand for the company’s products (PVC profile and accessories).
  • Participation in development of plans and company strategies.
  • Preparation of texts and materials for booklets, etc.
  • Negotiations (personally, by phone and e-mail) with clients.
  • Client consulting.
  • Work with existing client base + development of a new one, building up of long-term relations with partners.
  • Participation (as a speaker or visitor) in seminars, conferences.

Professional skills:

  • Knowledge of the English language.
  • Work experience in the sphere of PVC profile production is obligatory.
  • English: basic level.
